The most consistent complaint by our trucker members is that when they find a suitable load, still displayed on the load board, it is a great annoyance for them to be told the load has already been sold but you haven't taken the time to remove it. Please remove sold loads as soon
as possible, for the proper functioning of our service and to avoid
these wasted enquiries. Thank you for your co-operation. |

Regarding one-off / ongoing load selection: Selecting urgent means you expect
to pay the standard outbound full rate for same day delivery and
it is a 1-off load Select the ongoing option ONLY
if your load is available on a daily basis for at least 1 month.
This facility is offered for the convenience of not having to return
to our website and submit or update the same load every day. Loads
placed using this option will remain on the system for 1 month,
the date available automatically updated daily. After this time
the load will be removed and we will send you an email asking you
to update the load if still available.
